The Consultation Process

Our consultations are designed to be a comprehensive and personalized experience, ensuring we fully understand your vision for your wedding day.

  • Consultation Fee: A non-refundable $25 fee is required to book your consultation. This fee helps us cover the dedicated time and resources involved in preparing for your personalized session and ensures we're connecting with couples who are ready to explore their floral dreams.

  • What to Expect: Our consultations are typically 45-minute in-person sessions. Virtual consultations are available upon request. During this time, we'll dive deep into your wedding vision, style, and preliminary floral needs.

  • Preparing for Your Consultation: To make the most of our time together, we encourage you to gather any inspirational photos, color palettes, and a rough estimate of your floral budget.

  • During your consultation, we'll delve into:

    • Your wedding date, venue(s), and overall aesthetic.

    • Your preferred color palette and specific floral desires (e.g., bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, ceremony decor).

    • An overview of our design process and how we bring your ideas to life.

    • A preliminary discussion of budget ranges for different floral elements.

  • To ensure we can provide the bespoke floral experience you deserve, our wedding floral design services typically begin at an investment of $3,500. This allows us to source the highest quality blooms, dedicate ample design time, and provide on-site installation, creating truly unforgettable floral artistry for your special day.

  • Following our consultation, we'll create a customized floral proposal tailored to your specific needs and vision, complete with detailed descriptions, inspiration images, and a comprehensive breakdown of costs. This proposal will be presented to you within 3-5 business days, allowing you to visualize every detail of your unique floral story.
